LED totem rental for trade shows and conferences
A booth has a few seconds to make someone stop. A tall, bright, moving screen at eye level does that better than a printed banner, and you can change the message between sessions.
What people use it for
- Draw people to a booth in a crowded hall
- Run a looping product video or sponsor reel
- Show the day's session schedule near a room entrance
- Collect leads with a QR code on screen
What matters most
- Visible from down the aisle
- Fits the booth footprint and the show's height rules
- Set up before doors open
- Someone on site if content needs to change
Planning tips
- Ask the show organizer for booth size, height limits and move-in times before choosing the number of totems.
- Exhibition halls often have strict load-in windows and union rules for moving equipment. Send us the exhibitor manual and we plan around it.
- Prepare the video in portrait orientation (the screen is tall and narrow). Full-screen landscape video will have black bars.
- Two or three totems side by side make a wide display for a larger booth.
