LED totem rental questions

It is a tall, narrow LED screen that stands on the floor, usually on small wheels. It looks like a digital poster. The one we rent is 640 mm wide and 1920 mm tall (about 2 ft by 6 ft 4 in) when unfolded.

Delivery, setup, an on-site operator and pickup after the event. You send the content, or we help you prepare it in the right format.

The minimum rental is two days. A deposit is required and its amount is confirmed in your quote. We are insured.

The price depends on the date, location, number of totems, rental length and whether you need an operator. Send a request and we reply with a quote. We do not publish a fixed price list.

Our main area is Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We take requests from anywhere in Canada. Outside the GTA we quote delivery and travel case by case.

It works best indoors and in covered outdoor spaces such as a covered entrance or a tent. For open-air use in rain, snow or direct sun, tell us the conditions in your request and we will confirm what is suitable for your date and place.

Images or video in portrait orientation, ideally 1080 pixels wide by 3240 pixels tall or a similar tall shape. Common formats such as JPG, PNG and MP4 work. If you only have landscape files, tell us and we will advise.

Yes. The screen can be updated by USB or over Wi-Fi, and an operator on site can switch content when your schedule changes.

One or several. Several totems can be placed side by side to make a wider display. Tell us the space and we will suggest a layout.

As early as you can, especially for busy periods such as trade show seasons, holidays and wedding season. Send a request with the date and we confirm availability.

We can display the files you send. If you need help adjusting them to the screen size, say so in your request.
